Selection Process
The appointment of the Secretary-General is conducted in accordance with relevant United Nations General Assembly resolutions, following principles of transparency and inclusiveness. Candidates are nominated by Member States and are required to submit vision statements, curricula vitae, and financial disclosure documents.
The President of the General Assembly will organize globally broadcast interactive dialogues with candidates, promoting open discussion and broad participation.
